Testimonials

I didn't fully appreciate just how good Rob was until I recently thought of using someone else. The other headhunter didn't listen to me at all and actually got quite angry when I refused to go a few interviews because she did not listen to what I was looking for. Rob Irvine is top notch. Although he technically works for the company that is doing the hiring, you never feel that he is just trying to force you into a position. He treats you like a person. He takes the time to get to know you, your strengths, weaknesses and goals and then sends you on interviews. He ensures that your interests are aligned with the companies so your time is not wasted. He is pure class and in my opinion, the best in the industry. - Key Account Manager Colgate Palmolive Canada
