Couche-Tard Expands AgainCanadian convenience-store giant, Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. says it has inked a deal—through its Circle K Stores Inc. subsidiary—to purchase 90 convenience outlets from Spectrum Holding Inc. Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, Laval, Que.-based Couche-Tard said the stores, located in Georgia and Alabama, would add sales of US$325M to its revenues and contribute to its earnings on an annualized basis.
