Sobeys Debuts 'Urban' Store in EdmontonSobeys unveiled its "Urban Fresh" store format in Edmonton last week. The 18,000-sq.-ft. store is Sobeys' first banner in the downtown area and features a smaller selection than the company's suburban grocery stores, while emphasizing fresh and prepared foods in a European-inspired design.
