Saputo to Buy Weston's Neilson UnitCheesemaker Saputo Inc. has agreed to buy the Neilson Dairy unit from George Weston Ltd. for $465 million and will become the biggest milk producer in Canada. The acquisition will add about $600 million in annual dairy sales, increasing total revenue by about 12%, Montreal-based Saputo said in a statement.
