J&J to Buy RembrandtJohnson & Johnson has announced its plans to buy the Rembrandt brand of oral care products from Procter & Gamble’s Gillette Co. As part of the deal, J&J will acquire all of the Rembrandt products, including toothpastes, whitening strips, whitening systems and mouth rinses.
