Kellogg to use beans to reduce fatGrand Rapids Mich. - Starting early next year, some products made by Kellogg Co. will contain oils derived from genetically modified soybeans to reduce or eliminate trans fatty acids and minimize saturated fats, the cereal maker said yesterday.
