Coca-Cola Appoints COOThe Coca-Cola Co. has named Muhtar Kent its president and chief operating officer, filling a role that has been vacant since 2004. Kent, formerly the president of the company's international operations, will now oversee all of Coca-Cola's worldwide units. Alexander Douglas of the North American unit will report to Kent.
