We are currently looking a Category Analyst who is responsible for ensuring that the necessary information, templates, insights and analysis are available in order to establish both tactical and strategies direction for the Customer Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
*Design, implement and distribute key business tracking templates necessary to establish both tactical and strategic direction of Sales Team utilizing ACNielsen, Cognos, ADTracker, Price Audits and other data sources.
*Provide monthly analysis and Category reviews to the Sales Team including Sales Team Leader, Insights Managers, District Manager and Key Account Managers.
*Identify opportunities in the market including category/market trends and listing opportunities
*Develop planograms for regional accounts
*Provide data/analysis for strategic account plans

QUALIFICATIONS:
*University Degree required, preferably Business
*Minimum 3-5 years experience in related support position is preferred
*The ability to present in front of both internal and external customers
*Excellent problem solving skills; self motivated; effective communicator; team player
*Strong time management, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
*Proficient computer skills in Outlook Express, Excel, Power Point, and Word
*Knowledge of Cognos (shipment data software) and Workstation Plus are an asset
*Strong organization skills. - Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities in a fast- paced environment
