Description: Responsibilities include :

-Maximize sales volume profitably to achieve budget.
-Establish positive relationships with the customer, the industry and internally.
-Maximize retail ad support, shelf position, distribution and inventory levels for all products.
-Effectively manage trade spend budget for area of responsibility.
-Provide accurate customer forecasting, utilizing internal tools provided.
-Maximize retailer support of Corporate promotional activity through displays, point of sale material and pricing.
-Operate in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
-Introduce new products and existing lines to Retail Head Offices Maintain and update as necessary, all pertinent administration files.
Requirements: Qualifications:
·University/ College Degree.
·Previous sales experience working with our customer preferred but not necessary
·3-5 years of sales experience in a retail environment with a proven ability to strategically drive results, build effective relationships, and provide innovative solutions.
·Strong communication skills; able to foster open communication and influence others.
·Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to lead and influence teams, drive change and interact cross-functionally.
·Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and drive multiple programs.
·Proven ability to work in a fast pasted team environment.
·Desire to succeed.
