Description: Job Overview:
·Develop, negotiate and execute Company volume, profit and share targets within assigned portfolio.
·Opportunistically lead pursuit of new distribution for Company products with key Independent retailers.

Job Accountabilities: Describe the major accountabilities of the job.
·Develop annual customer plan to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets with each of the following retailers:
-Rabba
-Highland Farms
-Avondale

·Support selling effort to pursue new distribution for products with retailers such as:

-Longo’s
-Shoppers Drug Mart
-Zellers
-Various Independents in Ontario


·Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products. Develops a business plan for each account.
·Establishes and builds strong client relationships over time that allows for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs and communicates to other relevant company functions.
·Participates, with other key account managers and sales management, in development of sales strategies for National Accounts, helps identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization wide sales strategy.
·Monitors competitor activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
·Manages internal pricing/program and deduction responsibilities.
Requirements: Educational/Experience Requirements:

·University degree or College Diploma, preferably in business discipline
·Previous experience as outlined below:
·2-3 CPG Account Management experience with proven track record of results
·A.C. Nielsen experience (bonus)
